Snorkeling Surin Days 2 and 3

Days 2 and 3 kinda blended together in their awesomeness, so are combined here.
Another day out on the long tail boats. Our guides from greenview travel are exellent and take us to some great spots. On the way out, we moored up to one of the local fishing boats and exchanged a 6 pack of Chang beer for a laundry basket full of freshly caught crab from nearby Burma (Myanmar). The boat captain started a pot of water boiling as we did our first dive, and by the time we were done a crab appetizer feast was ready and waiting for us. We were the only 3 westerners on board the boat with about 6 Thai people, and we looked quite silly trying to figure out how to dismantle and eat the crabs, but managed with a little help when we needed it.
We waded thru a mangrove forest and got to see baby black tip sharks swimming at our feet amongst the roots. Amanda swam with the sharks.
At some point during the day, we visited the Moken village again and learned a little bit more about them this time from the guides.
Back to the park headquarters where Amanda makes friends with a Swedish girl about her age and they play in the turquoise blue waters on the beach in front of our campsite. It was funny when Amanda first approached her and tried to communicate and realized that they did not speak the same language, she came to us and said, "I think she speaks Pig Latin". It was funny.

Another night in the tent, then off on a speedboat again in the morning to be dropped off at Koh Ra.
